This first workshop of the year featured:
  • Choosing appropriate books for infants, toddlers and preschoolers that teach social-emotional skills.
  • Incorporating the social emotional skills promoted in children’s books into classroom management.
  • Promoting reading comprehension and engagement during book read alouds.
