Since 2015, Oakland Starting Smart and Strong has led a collective impact effort that convenes and aligns partners across Oakland’s early childhood system around shared priorities for children and families. As the backbone organization, we coordinate action, strengthen collaboration, and support system-wide efforts to advance equity and effectiveness.
