Alondra Flores, OUSD Pre-K teacher, has played a key role in the Oakland Early Learning Symposium by facilitating small groups in Spanish during each of the five online symposium events. Her consistent presence and skillful facilitation has allowed participants to engage authentically and learn from each other.
